Cntrl+ Limited Warranty 


Limited Warranty Coverage

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are experiencing any challenges, reach out to our Consumer Support team by emailing support@cntrlplus.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm across the continental US.  

Cntrl+ warrants that its products (“Product(s)”) will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. Eligibility for a refund or replacement under our Limited Warranty requires the request to be submitted
within 15 days of receipt.

This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Cntrl+ or an authorized Cntrl+ seller. Because Cntrl+ cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products purchased from unauthorized sellers, warranty claims for such purchases may be rejected, except where prohibited by law. 

What’s Not Covered 

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, due to regular use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, neglect, or unauthorized modification or alteration of the Product. 
  • Any damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Product has a manufacturing defect covered under this limited warranty, please contact our team by email at support@cntrlplus.com.

When submitting a claim, please include: 

  1. A clear photo of the Product showing the issue. If your device’s seal has been tampered with, please send us evidence of the same along with a picture of the product label, which can be found on the underside of the packaging (as shown): 

  2. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). 

If your claim is approved, Cntrl+ may request that you return the Product for inspection.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for return. 

Remedy 


Upon confirmation of a covered defect, Cntrl+ will, at its sole discretion, either: 

  • Replace the defective Product, or
  • Refund the original purchase price of the Product. 

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty offered by Cntrl+ and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
