You’re not the only one.

Millions of active women experience leaks when they run, jump, laugh, or sneeze. It’s common. It’s frustrating. And it’s not something you just have to “live with.”

How Cntrl+ works

Cntrl+ is worn internally, similar to a tampon or menstrual cup. Once in place, it provides gentle support that helps prevent leaks during movement. It’s designed to be comfortable, discreet, and easy to use.

Bladder leaks often happen during movement: running, jumping, laughing, lifting. Cntrl+ is designed to help prevent those leaks before they happen.

Cntrl+ is worn internally, similar to a tampon or menstrual cup. It’s soft, flexible, and designed to sit comfortably in place during activity.

Once in place, Cntrl+ provides gentle support that helps reduce leaks during movement. Most women say they don’t feel it once it’s in.

To remove, simply pull the string like you would a tampon, or gently hook a finger around the band and slide it out, similar to a menstrual cup.

When to use Cntrl+

Cntrl+ is designed for moments when leaks are most likely to happen, during movement and activity.

Think:

  • Running or walking
  • Gym workouts
  • Hiking
  • Dance class
  • Playing with your kids
  • Laughing a little too hard

If leaks tend to show up when you’re active, Cntrl+ is made for that.

How long does one last?

Each Cntrl+ device can be used approximately 30–90 times, depending on your activity level.

Think casual walks on one end, marathon training or CrossFit on the other.

When not to use:

Remove prior to penetration.

Cntrl+ cannot be used during pregnancy.

Do not use within 12 weeks of childbirth, vaginal or C-section.

If you are over 12 weeks postpartum and have concerns, check with your doctor or during your MD consult here at checkout.

Do not use if you have a vaginal infection or STD

Stage II POP –the uterus has descended nearly to the opening of the vagina. Cystocele- is when the wall between the bladder and the vagina weakens. This can cause the bladder to drop or sag into the vagina.

Cntrl+ is undergoing FDA approval and testing for use with tampons and certain menstrual cups.
