Coming Fall 2025
Sorry, But we’re not wearing diapers to yoga.

Sorry, But we’re not wearing diapers to yoga.

There’s a certain type of TV commercial you’ve probably seen, a woman in white pants, laughing with her friends, doing yoga in a meadow, maybe even skydiving, all while confidently wearing what looks suspiciously like… an adult diaper.

She’s glowing, she’s serene, she’s… definitely lying to us.

Because here’s the thing: bladder leaks are common, but the way they’re marketed to us? Not empowering. Not liberating. Not even believable. The big brands want us to feel grateful that we can “live freely”, as long as we don’t mind strapping on a giant cotton mattress and pretending it’s “discreet.”

It’s like being told you can “still be sexy” in snow pants.

The problem: We’ve been taught to manage, not fix

For years, the message to women with bladder leaks has been clear:

“Don’t worry, sweetheart, just wear this pad the size of a throw pillow and go live your best life!”

It’s the same script, over and over.

Leaks happen, slap on a product, carry on quietly.

But here’s the thing, these products don’t solve the problem. They just absorb it. Literally.

We’re taught to cover it up, mask it, hide it… and never actually talk about it. Because apparently, it’s fine for women to run marathons, run companies, and run households, but heaven forbid we talk about our pelvic floors.

The truth: You don’t need a diaper to be active

At Cntrl+, we’re not here to put a pastel-colored bow on the problem. We’re here to rethink the entire experience, from the inside out (literally).

Instead of a bulky external solution that makes you feel like you’re wearing a flotation device, ours is soft, flexible, reusable, and internal, it moves with you.

Think of it like giving your pelvic floor a high-five.

It’s support, not surrender.

It prevents leaks, not disguises them.

And the best part? You forget it’s even there.

We’re not designing for shame. We’re designing for movement, for women who want to get back to running, laughing, sneezing, and jumping without mentally mapping every nearby bathroom.

Why we’re different (without giving away our secret sauce)

Let’s just say this: the big brands are in the business of keeping you buying more. We’re in the business of helping you need less.

We believe bladder control isn’t about hiding a problem, it’s about retraining your body, rebuilding confidence, and redefining what’s normal.

No diapers.

No crinkle noises.

No “Oops, moments.”

Just a quiet, confident kind of control, the kind you don’t have to advertise to your yoga class.

Today’s a new day

We’ve spent decades pretending that women’s health innovation means prettier packaging for the same old products. It’s time to stop managing leaks and start preventing them.

Because women don’t need more absorbent underwear.

We need solutions that actually work.

And that, my friends, is what Cntrl+ is all about, supporting you where it really matters, so you can focus on the rest of life’s leaks… like your kid’s science project volcano.

Cntrl+. Taking back control, one pelvic floor at a time.
